What A Cartoon was a bunch of pilot episodes of possible cartoons for Cartoon network. A lot of the Cartoons were fool of jokes that I don't think most kids even today would really comprehend and I know I didn't as a youth. Also the humor was pretty morbid :)))

This one featured a Dog character and Human similar to the character Peter and Brian on Family Guy. U guessed it that's cause Seth Mcfarlene made this cartoon. It was my favorite as a kid, and still is amazingly funny to me.

If you my age, 22, then you've seen many of the What A Cartoons if not all. If not, then I should mention that four of them made it on Cartoon Network primetime- Courage, Dexters Lab, Johnny Bravo, and Powerpuff girls.
