Anyway this flash is funny, creative, smart, well writing, designed, animated. All the art was good. Overall it was good and funny. It would be nice to see that you are well rounded and can draw more than the style you did in the flash here and that you can make a dramatic flash too.
Overall I think you achieved your goal behind this flash. I hope you did anyway it looks like you put a lot of work into your skills.

Your flash work is great! I admit I was a little upset by the ending, ad I didn't know what to do. I almost just cried.. HEh then I voted 5. I think. There's nothing wrong with this flash except for the luigi ending. ;)
But that's a joke too, I guess it just went over my head. Like (I'm sure) my joke above in this review!
anyway I decided to review this after I saw the low score. I guess it's true what Star Syndicate said "People may not always love jokes, but the always hate it when the jokes on them."

It's always hard for me as a reviewing NG person to review these types of submissions because I know you probably put a lot of work into this and wanted it to be in the collaboration really bad.
It wasn't that funny it needs to be funnier or more action packed. You'll get funnier the more you practice. Trust me; everyone that cares to get better does get better!
The art and animation are good. I think if you would have had a better joke than just the kid killing Snake then you would have made it in.
I saw this coming a mile away. Right when the screen blacked out I knew solid snake was gonna be shot.
Maybe if you would have had the gun shot and then just shown him butt humping the teacher of the school instead it would have been funny.
(I'm just saying. It makes me laugh.)
Take it with a grain of salt!
Also why is solid snake in the school? What does he want from the kid? Is he trying to cheat on a test or something? No, because this kid is just drawing; and why does this kid draw tank man stuff? Is solid snake trying to stop him from drawing a new design of Metal gear? Metal Gear Tank?
These questions aren't clearly answered in the flash which is a part of your story telling skills.
Don't worry you will get better!
You have skill in art and animation now just work on your comedy and synopsis.

I think you should do something original.
The animation was fine, the choices from movies fine, and well, everything was fine!
Now I think maybe you should work harder on being better than fine. You should write your own script or do more than just leaving the arms of a character up and pointing it out (which I thought was funny!)
You can do more and I bet you will, but till then 3/5

LOL I want to say that it would have been funny if when the first dude in the crowd that pointed toward something wasn't actually pointing to the rocket but to like a sign that had a sale for hotdogs, and then the hotdog cart guy pointed to the rocket that would have been hilarious!!
Anyway, this was a great flash! Really great! With great music! It looked like a lot of hard work went into it, but where did the sound go at the end? That's my only real problem with it. Otherwise 5 stars man!

Almost made me laugh.
What the fuck! It was a nice attempt. Personally I thought when he said don't jump that was funnier. And "who didn't eat this" was a funny way to sport your production name.
You are getting the hang of flash! I could tell that this would be a good flash right from the start.
And the dinosaurs are coming was a funny part.
Keep working on your comedy. Timing is everything, as you know. I can tell by watching this that you know that.
But try not to make your surprises obvious at all.
I saw What The Fuck coming a mile away. But I'm a harsh critic when it come to comedy! Someday when i make a flash I bet you'll be just as harsh though ;) (and I will welcome that with open arms.)

The ending was fine.
But you can change it if you want. lol
The music flowed so well I hardly realized it was there. I usually like serious flashes this was no exception.
My advice o you would be to make more. Maybe, do some voicing for a couple flashes. There's always room for improvment and your already decent enough.
Now, if you can make a comedy too. Then you will have your work cut out for you.

It's a good idea
You can make more of these with other popular characters from street fighter or any game! It might even be funny to use characters that aren't from fighting games like Animal Crossing characters!!
I also think Dans Fatality should kill himself! He's just so lame like that! He's lae in a good way though.
